The law firm “Osman & Osman” offers the service point “Migration to Germany”for professionals who want to migrate from abroad to Germany in order to practice their learned profession
Since the journey is long and arduous, our service point offers advice and support through the migration process.
What is our service like?
If you have a state qualification in a profession (see conditions *), we accompany and support the entire or only parts of the process on request:
If you have completed your vocational training or your studies abroad
THEN you may need your qualifications recognized so that you can work in the relevant profession in Germany. That depends on your profession and your country of origin.
You have to apply for recognition if the following aspects do NOT apply to you:
Are you
from the EU *, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway or Switzerland?No?
Are you
from Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, USA or the United Kingdom**No?
Do you
already live in Germany?No?
* Member States of the EU are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, the Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
** United Kingdom states are: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.
This means that an application for recognition must be submitted!
