Your documents for the migration
Send us the following documents as completely as possible with the prefix „Migration recognition procedure + your full name“ to the email address migration@kanzlei-osman.de
Certificates and subject overviews
- Proof of your professional qualifications (e.g. certificates, professional certificate)
Proof of your professional experience in your profession (e.g. job references, reports..)
Proof of your other qualifications (e.g. professional training, reports)
- Your current contact details
Proof of your German language skills (you do not have to prove your German language skills. However, German language skills are important for your applications and your work.)
Proof of identity (e.g. passport or identity card)
Marriage certificate
Application form – you will receive it from us by email (depends on your profession and your preferred location). If we cannot provide you with an application, an informal application is sufficient.
If an application for recognition has already been submitted, please indicate to which office you submitted the application.
Do you live or do not yet work in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland? Then you have to prove that you want to work in the profession in Germany. Evidence could be:
- Applications for jobs and invitations to job interviews
- Proof of your application for an entry-visa for employment
* Some copies must be officially certified. We recommend not to send any originals by post.
*You have to submit you documents translated to German language. The translations must be done by publicly appointed or authorized translators.
