Send us the following documents as completely as possible with the prefix „Migration recognition procedure + your full name“ to the email address migration@kanzlei-osman.de

1. Initial Application

Bevor wir mit dem Prozess der Anerkennung starten, benötigen wir den Erstantrag ausgefüllt und unterschrieben zurück, anhand dem wir prüfen, ob der Anerkennungsantrag gestellt werden kann.

2. Power of attorney and payment

We need a power of attorney from you, which authorizes us to set up the recognition procedure on your behalf. Please also read the declaration of consent so that you have an idea of the duration of the application and the expected costs. The costs can be very different, as these of depend on the translations, certification or adaptation qualifications. Send the completed and signed forms to Migration@kanzlei-osman.de. Before we start the process, a deposit of 250 Euro has to be paid to the account of the office.

3. Send us your documents

Have you received positive feedback from us on your initial application and have you signed back the power of attorney and the declaration of consent? When you transferred the deposit of 250 Euros, you can start uploading the required documents for recognition.
